You can cancel a product anytime, but a refund is only possible within the specified refund timeframe for that specific product.
Products Eligible for Refunds:
Certain products can be refunded under our standard terms. These include hosting plans (except first payment after Free Trial), SSL Certificates, Daily Backups, CloudFlare, Hostenya Email, Titan Email, Priority Support, NordVPN 6 and 12-month plans, and various VPS plans.
Products Not Eligible for Refunds:
There are some products that are not eligible for refunds, such as Redemption Fees, Domain Name Renewals, Domain Name Transfers (if the transfer is successful), Privacy Protection, SEO Toolkit, SEO Marketing Panel, Google Workspace Email, and more. Also, products or services that have been suspended, canceled, or terminated due to abusive usage or violation of our Terms and Conditions are not refundable.
Special Refund Terms for Specific Products:
New Domain Name Registrations and certain domain transfers have specific refund terms. For example, new domain registrations can be refunded within four days (96 hours) of registration, except for .br domains which have a seven-day window.
Refunds for Special Deals:
We occasionally offer special deals, like a free domain with a hosting plan. If you receive a free domain through a special deal and request a refund, we may deduct the domain’s value from your refund amount.
Payment Methods with Special Refund Terms:
Different payment methods have varying refund policies. Please note that some payment methods may not be eligible for refunds to the original payment source. For example, refunds for payments made through Multibanco (Portugal) can only be processed to your Hostenya Balance or PayPal.
